RIGA, July 6 (LETA) - Complaints are mounting from Riga residents about the "Essential KnockOUT" open-air dance music festival, which lasted all night at Zakusala.

Residents interviewed by LETA feel that obnoxiously loud techno music all night long is inappropriate, considering that Riga is holding its major event now - the traditional Latvian Song Festival.
